Quick question, is it possible to forgive a person without them giving an apology?
I’m talking about somebody that cheated on you, betrayed me, maybe stole from you and they refuse to say, I am sorry. Is it possible?
Well, it’s a difficult one, very difficult, but the truth of the matter is that forgiveness is to your own advantage.
Somebody put it this way that refusing to forgive a person is like drinking poison and expecting the other person to die.
When we don’t forgive, our body releases toxins on one level that destroys us. But secondly, the Bible says that Jesus said that when we do not forgive, that the Lord will hand us over to the adversary.
Don’t get hurt twice, you’ll be hurt once. Don’t be destroyed by unforgiveness.
I pray that God will find it in your heart to forgive whoever hurt you. It’s for your own benefit.
