The blaze ignited at “Pulse,” a well-known nightclub, during a live performance by DNK, a prominent hip-hop duo in the nation. The concert, which kicked off at midnight on Sunday, primarily drew a young audience.

Medical personnel from the Macedonian army have been deployed to assist hospital staff in treating the injured. While officials have not yet determined the precise cause of the fire, some local reports suggest that pyrotechnic effects may have been responsible.
